There was damage to my door that was not present when dropping my vehicle off. I was told that there was "no way that it happened at their shop." I open that door on my car daily and know that it did not look that way when I dropped it off.

We were not updated as things were happening. People were hanging out around Secretary and it felt like you were interrupting then when you needed something. It is also hard ton understand the lady up front. She mumbled quickly and I understood half of what was said.
