When I picked up the truck after the repair was completed, I noticed a small dent on the front bumper. I pointed it out and asked why it was not repaired. The only explanation I received was that the repairs were done where the impact occurred. I understand the main damage was in the center, but a deer also has legs and a head/neck that may have hit another part of the truck. I was just confused why the bumper was not considered. Other than that, Gerber was great. I appreciated them getting the vehicle back when we needed it.

The staff were great to work with from a cuistomer service perspective, but the paperwork they are required to have us sign is incorrect, and are the fees they had me pay that the insurance company was paying for. Again, staff was great: their corporate requirement were atrocious.
