I am very pleased with all aspects. Kendra found information on the computer that none of the six State Farm offices said they did not have. The other two ladies in the office were especially nice and helpful and kept me informed. So nice of them.

Gerber was very helpful in keeping me update on what was going on and when my car would be projected to be ready. My car was ready sooner than expected. They sent me their own quote compared to what insurance quoted me for so that I could get the best possible outcome for my vehicles repairs. I didn’t pay a dime a the staff were really kind and helpful. They marked my cars damage in front of me and showed me the work they had done when I picked it up. Lifetime warranty on my vehicles repairs as long as I own the vehicle. I’ll definitely be coming back for future body work.
