Derek and his team were were very helpful and polite throughout the whole process of receiving my vehicle coordinating with my insurance and myself along with an app with daily updates. I have never been in an accident before so this was a very nice and easy process that I was very anxious to endure, but again Derek and his team and the app with updates made everything extremely easy.
