As I mentioned at this particular facility that by 2021 GMC Sierra Duramax was taken they did a great job putting it back to OEM

They went above and beyond!! The repair and the work that I had done at this repair center is by far superior!! I wanna think Shay at the front desk as well as I believe Nathaniel… They kept me up-to-date. They even went and detailed the inside of my truck and cleaned up my mess lol thank you so much for all that you do!

When above and beyond their work is superior at this location, a receptionist Shey kept me informed of the progress as well as the gentleman who did my estimate. Even went as far as cleaning out the inside of my truck I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs car repairs especially if you love your vehicle. They seem like they took as much care as I do!! Keep up the good work!

There were scratches on my vehicle that the estimator and I pointed out and marked down that would be repaired along with other scratches on the vehicle and they were not repaired. I took pictures the day I picked my vehicle up in the parking lot and noticed there were still areas that needed repaired. It was hard to see my car clearly as it is black and my car was dusty but I took pictures of what I could. I have tried getting in contact with the estimator for over a week now. I have called multiple times and have emailed with no response. I usually get answered by Shae at the front desk and have been told I would receive a call multiple times and I still haven’t heard anything. I’m getting frustrated and I understand things can be missed as far as the vehicle…but, when it comes to customer service I would not recommended Gerber collision. I paid my deductible and pay my insurance monthly and faithfully, I expected my car to be repaired correctly and I do feel like with the zero responses I’m being ignored and that your company has the hope I just stop calling and let it go. I would be surprised if anyone even calls from this review.
