They called on a Friday to say it would be ready, then called back later to say it wouldn't be ready till Monday. That was 3 more days I had to pay for the rental car. Other than that, I was happy with everything. Sharon was very friendly and kind.

Joel went above and beyond to help us. Was a little concerned at first when I was called twice and asked if our car was there. When we had said we would drop it off when the parts came in. Finished work looks great. Vehicle only had 1600 miles on it so was very concerned having a new vehicle how the work would look when complete. Only had it less than 1 day but looked good in the garage last night. Joel really made the difference. Thank you

Gerber was extremely unorganized it always seemed that they would forget something they needed to get or do and it prolonged the process of my repair way paste what it should have taken.

The person that worked with me to get an estimate, explained the repairs, and reviewed it with me at the end was great. The receptionist was not as professional as I would expect in a customer service position. She didn't read customers well and tried to tell jokes and make movie references that were not a fit.
