The customer service was great. Everyone I spoke with seemed friendly and helpful. The paint job repair was completed 13 days quicker than I was told which seemed great and odd at the same time. I inspected the car and I noticed there were a handful of small raised rough spots on the paint job sort of like the ones you get when you paint a wall at home. I’m not sure what would cause that but it doesn’t seem normal.

Every person at Gerber collision is extremely professional and very kind. It is very heartbreaking to have damage done to your vehicle, but Gerber collision made it look just like new again!! they make the whole process so easy and I did not worry about a thing
