The shop never called me to schedule an appointment. They rarely followed up with me during the repair process. They missed a dent and installed a "new" light/lens on the rear liftgate that filled with water and condensation. The exterior rear lamp was installed poorly and had a large gap around the top. They had to reinstall/adjust it after I complained. When I took the vehicle in the second time for them to fix what they missed the first time, they didn't call or text me during the day to say they had the vehicle and were working on it. I finally called to see if they were working on it and if it would be ready to pick up at the end of the day. I was told yes. They installed another "new" lens/lamp that looks like it has been sitting in a junkyard for a long time. It's dirty and full of bugs. Literally full of dead bugs and has a dirty sealant line. I will never, ever allow Liberty Mutual to schedule me at this location again. They were nice enough, but did very subpar work and acted like they didn't care about their work or me as a customer.

I can see a few paint flaws, I have no high beams, the left head light flickers when going down the road and the the front sensor keeps going off when you come to a stop or when you accelerate from a stopped position. Also I can see a chip in my window from where a piece of debris came of the other car and hit my windshield. Those are a few things off the top of my head I noticed. I haven’t went through the truck to see what else.
