The entire process of having my vehicle was excellent. Working with Eric was very good. He kept me informed every step of the process, was very knowledgeable and was done with my vehicle a day early than planned. Charged me for a detail when covid had detail shop closed. Charged me for the paint and labor even tho they didn't even paint the scratches. Big scam between them, progressive, and whoever stole my car.

They did an excellent job on my car trax 2019. I was really impress. They kept me inform on my car when it was done and how long it will take. And they made sure everything was done right and correct. Stayed in communication with my insurance company to make sure everything was good. Also, let me keep my rental car there so the rental company could come pick it up because it was pass the time.
