At this time I’m so upset that I even paid a single dime for this repair, I don’t know that I’d use Gerber again much less recommend it to anyone. If the repair was properly done or I hadn’t been left without a vehicle while I had multitudes of important things to do I might have been happy as it looks very nice -cosmetically speaking.

Well considering it’s not fixed entirely and we live 1.5 hours away, I’m not pleased. Now another Gerber is picking up my car to leave me with nothing to drive while I go to college full time and work full time as well. Makes me very upset as I spent $400+ and insurance paid $4000++ yet it’s not done right. I work at a hospital and need my car. I’m extremely frustrated. We have 6 kids between us and having a car is more essential than it is a luxury. As you can tell I’m quite unhappy
