I would not recommend Gerber Collision. Also, I am going to make a formal complaint to Allstate about the lack of communication.

I was never contacted by my service adviser after the estimate for my car repairs was created. Every repair shop I have dealt with has always contacted me to ask if I want to move forward with the repair. The biggest issue was that the cost for the repair was over $6,000, and the value of the car is less than $8,000. Allstate or Gerber Collision should have contacted us about this before starting repairs. My Allstate agent was also very surprised that the repairs started without a phone call. My service adviser, Matt, just kept arguing with me when I called to address my concern. Horrible customer service and lack of communication!! I will also be leaving a one-star review on Google.
