The work was fine. What was a real pain was being told that PDR repairs take 10-12 days and so we planned on rental car for that. Then I get a call the same day telling me my truck is ready. That seems like a good thing but there’s not reason to tell people 10-12 days. I really had to change a lot of schedules to get it all taken care of.

This is my second trip to Gerber in the last 6 months and both times were wonderful. Zyn kept me updated from start to finish. He also went above and beyond to call the insurance company to clarify some statements made by them that caused me some stress. I felt heard and valued. I appreciate that I was always informed on the progress of my vehicle. The staff is super friendly. They did amazing work! My vehicle was super clean, inside and outside, when I picked it up and it was parked in front when they said it was ready for pick-up. I would highly recommend them. They made the process of having an insurance claim super easy and stress free. I would definitely go back to them and recommend them to my friends and family.

The staff are friendly and they are in constant communication with you. Every step of the way. You know exactly what is going on. They may be waiting for a part or they inform you if your pick-up date changes. We were able to pick up my vehicle a day earlier. They were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.

Service was excellent when I arrived. I was taken care of right away! I was called as soon as the part came in, and just had to show up at my convenience. Repair took very little time. The very young manager was fantastic! What a find!
