My car was a bit dirty both inside and out when I picked it up. In fairness, I was really pushing to pick it up by EOD on Friday, and it meant more to me to pick it up on Friday rather than wait through the weekend.

Communication was fantastic! Repairs were completed quickly and a very high quality job was done. When a part was delivered that was not satisfactory the service advisor quickly ordered the correct part and informed us of a slight delay but we were very pleased that the unsatisfactory part was not just used and covered up. We were extremely pleased with Gerber!
