The communication between myself, Geico, and Gerber was not good. I had to call both places two times. Finally, when I was given an appt with Gerber, and I showed up on the day and time given, I was told that I was not in the system? Also, I was told it would take a few days, and it took almost 2 weeks!

Wonderful, absolutely wonderful, my baby looks like nothing ever happened. Would give 100 out of 10 stars if eligible. Definitely will recommend. Thank you Gerber for treating her right.

Wonderful people as well, super friendly and oh my gosh the updates, amazing, loved being kept up to date on everything, and not just thru texting, Mr. Benjamin called me as well to update me. If 1000 stars were available, I'd give infinity!!!!

I’m satisfied with the work that was done restoring my bumper and reconnecting the passenger side. However, I do have one question regarding the exhaust that was damaged. It seems like the passenger-side exhaust tip should extend out about the same distance as the driver-side exhaust tip. Right now, the passenger-side tip appears to be flush with the bumper, or even slightly recessed behind it. Is that the way it’s supposed to be, or should it extend out farther to match the driver side?

Dropping the vehicle off and picking up the rental was very convenient and easy. I was told that I would get text updates on the progress. All of that did happen. But after a few weeks I called to check on my vehicle and I was told that it would be ready on a Wednesday. That did not happen and I did not get a phone call after I got a ride up there. Then I got a phone call telling me that it would be ready on Thursday. It was not and I called and got no return phone call back. I waited till Monday and I called and I was told that it would be ready on Tuesday. It was not and then I got a phone call back after I called and complained extensively about the dropping communication and being told one thing and another happening. I was explained that there was some situations that should have been discussed and I was apologized to. Being an adult I understood and accepted it. But it did leave a little bit of a doubt in my mind about the customer service engine. But my advisor was very nice and I really liked him and I think it was just a lack of communication from his staff.
