Gerber worked well with my insurance and car rental company to make it easier for me as they repaired my vehicle back end damages. Stephen provided the best customer service—when I took my vehicle in, by providing update texts/calls, and by making sure all work was well. I am very pleased with the end result!

I’m very satisfied with the repair quality, overall service, and great communication. I would rate my experience a 10/10. The only small inconvenience was that my spare tire was left in the trunk instead of being placed back in its proper compartment. Other than that, everything was excellent. I truly appreciate the work that was done.
