When I got my car back, the wheels were bent. My car has other body work issues but it came in with a flat tire. So I was under the impression that my wheels were fully inspected in balanced by the end of the service. When I drove off, my tire pressure light was on. I assume that this was due to the change in temperature recently. My car was also making a rattling and shaky noise. The car did not ride as smoothly as it did before. The left wheel also kept losing air. I assumed I just had to get used to the car again but was clueless as to why I had to keep adding air to my left tire. I went to discount tire because my tire would not keep air in it and I did not trust going back to Gerber Collision because I didn’t understand the issue. Discount Tire told me that the main culprit was the two front wheels were still bent. They resolved the issue for me, but I wanted to let others know of my experience. Someone drove that car before me and should’ve inspected it. I am very disappointed as this is a large company in my area but won’t be coming back for any service.

I think the shop is fine but the delays for parts are killing them as I'm sure it is everywhere. The industry needs to think of other ways to fix this issue.

Couple areas that were dirty from the work but they were able to fix the ones i saw on the outside. Had to clean up some on the inside.

Other than the delay in my part still being out, the team members have always been polite and understanding. The parts is out of their control and I know are frustrated with that as well. But everyone I spoke with were always very nice.
