From the first phone call to pick up, the service was fantastic! Allison was great, arranged rental car at last minute and provided names of businesses for clean up of interior. (I had a sunroof leak.) She really went the extra mile! Everyone we met at Gerber was very professional yet treats you like family.

Poor customer service and I’m scared to drive my car. If they forgot to tighten the door and side skirt. What else was missed.

Side skirt was loose I put it back on myself. Driver door hinge is still loose. And some debris on the quarter panel was painted over the scratch was still left visible

Took over a month and I never got updates. I understand it was parts lead time but I should have been informed. Also when I called I was told that the parts were not in and then in the same conversation they were here 2 days prior.

Fixed my car hit didn’t fix everything. I told the guy that my horn wasn’t working and I got my car back in a timely fashion but they hadn’t fixed my horns
