From start to finish, the Gerber team proved professional, knowledgeable, courteous and, perhaps most important to me, thoughtful. The communication around my vehicle’s condition (a Subaru, which they are uniquely credentialed to handle), the necessary repairs, my rental car and repair timing were all clear and accurate. I felt very well taken care of and completely trusted what was happening behind the scenes. This kind of care is rare nowadays so I relished the experience. I don’t hope to have another need to visit Gerber, but I’m grateful that I can return to them if I need to. For anyone wondering, choosing this shop would be a great choice; do it.

My lining that covers the door by the window is damaged. It was not like that when I dropped it off. I took pictures of it that evening when I rolled the window down and the lining came up with the window when I rolled it up.
