I am totally impressed with the every employee at Gerber. Linda went over and beyond the call of duty by getting me a rental car for me. Mike kept me updated with the progress and even though I never met the people who worked on the repair my car looks awesome. I’m hoping I never have to have my car repaired again but if I do I will definitely use Gerber again. I truly appreciate every person there. Also everyone was so nice! Gerber has a well oiled machine. Y'all are the best!!

Had I been communicated about the things that were and weren’t going to be worked on my car I would’ve take it somewhere else. This was an awful experience. And Courtney Hayes is a liar nobody else has had any issues leaving me message. She acts like email and text message doesn’t exist. And I would have appreciated when she said that she couldn’t get in contact with me that ya’ll would’ve done a follow up. Very unprofessional and waste of my time and money.
