I’m glad you asked. When I picked up my car after it had been in Gerber‘s possession for approximately two weeks I noticed a small amount of coin cash had been removed from it. It was a mirror $1.50 when I reported the matter to a manager I think I expected a simple apology. Instead, I got an extremely belligerent response. What’s the manager saying, I was accusing his employees of being thieves. No such thing from me. I’m really pointed out that my property was taken while my car was in their soul, custard in control, making them responsible for whatever happened to it. I was really surprised. All I expected was a simple. I’m sorry instead I got a very angry response that accuses me of being entirely unreasonable and casting dispersions, which I was not casting. Absolutely no sense of caring about your customer was shown. And over such a small matter when all I wanted was an acknowledgment and an apology. Will never use or recommend them again.
