Exceptional Customer Service. Friendly, helpful, personable. My vehicle was in for repairs due to damage on passenger door from another vehicle. Exceptional communication on status of parts , work pricing & completion. Repairs and results exceeded my expectations!! My vehicle was cleaned inside and outside and looks like a new truck. While I really appreciate how quickly the repairs were done and how kind everyone has been during the process, I received my car back not fully repaired and with some exposed metal on a replaced part. I tried to tell the person that was checking me out on Friday 5/29 but he told me it was epoxy and would come off. When I got home about 15 minutes later I tried to remove the “epoxy” but it is actually exposed metal. It looks like a replacement part was damaged upon installation. I called back several times on Friday evening trying to get in contact with the shop to bring my car back but could only leave messages. I have since called twice this morning and left an additional message. If my car could please be repaired to the condition it was in prior to being rear-ended I would really appreciate it. If someone could please reach out to me ASAP that would be great.
