The bumper of our car looks perfect. Thanks so much. I also really appreciate you cleaning the car. Exceptional. I wasn't expecting that. However, we did find 3 grease stains, one on the panel of the driver door and two on the center console. The ones on the console weren't very big so that wasn't a big deal but the one on the door was a pain to clean. We also found a razor blade in the back of the vehicle when we opened the hatch. We have dogs and if I hadn't spotted that before they jumped in it could have ended badly. Also, communication lines were rocky. I was told a few times that I'd get a call explaining all that you guys needed to do and never did. Last I had heard was on Wednesday that Thursdays were the days you called with time estimates/quotes and the next thing I know I get a text that I'd get a call about arranging pick up. I double checked my phone logs and confirmed the calls I did receive. We also had to wait a bit for someone to realize we were there before we were helped but the first time was after all of that hail so I imagine you guys were very busy. I appreciate the call about the extra damage on the hatch. After looking at pictures of friends around the back of our car at the drive in movie we were able to see for certain that the damage on the hatch corner wasn't there before the accident. We were so focused on the bumper after the accident that we didn't even notice the hatch. We only checked to see if it still opened. So we are very glad you guys spotted that when we missed it. The gentleman we spoke with about that corner seemed a little frustrated with my questions about that and a scuff I wasn't sure was there until the accident but he was still polite and it was late on a Monday afternoon so I wasn't too bothered. He answered my concern that it was just paint and nothing structural so I was fine letting it be. After 12 years or so in the family our car has a few scuffs and scratches so one more isn't a problem. Overall after all of the little negatives our experience was great. Quick and painless and I couldn't believe how great the bumper and paint looks. It looks like nothing ever happened. Perfect match. THANK YOU!
