I need to be able to plan ahead. The person on the phone that told me a bumper would take "two or three days, sometimes even one day" shouldn't say that to people. It really messed my life up. I'm dealing with court dates, a full time job nursing, and I can't be without transportation for that long. I had to bus, walk, and Uber to get around. It's my dad's car, his insurance policy, I'm just borrowing it until I can get on my feet. No discussion about a rental car or if the other person would pay for that.
