Having me submit the damage, myself turned out to be a wrong move both on a part of Gerber and my part. This was supposed to be a 2000 Ish fix and I wasn’t going to report it to insurance. There was an obvious hole in the pictures that I sent, but it was missed on review. Upon getting the vehicle into the shop, it was noticed that the metal was torn . That increased the bill by $1000. Because of recalibration needs etc. the bill ended up to be a little over 4000. I had initially said I would pay it myself, but this price would’ve caused me to use insurance and possibly have to deal with their increased prices after. I was at the shop when I first brought the car in and took the pictures so it wasn’t as though this was supposed to be done remote.

Didn't like that whoever drove my car reset some of the dash options. No reason to do that.
