The team at Gerber was great at communicating with me on the progression of the repair to our car. When there was an issue when we went to pick it up, it was immediately addressed and we received a call the very next morning, letting us know it was resolved in our car was ready. I love that Sonya had offered to bring the car to our house since we had already made a trip there the day before. The care, concern and communication really shows the great customer service you give to your customers!

The customer service was above and beyond. I was just not very happy with the communication with Enterprise for the rental car, but that is a different issue. I feel like Gerber could’ve followed through to make sure the car was ready and that Entetprise had the paperwork. As it was, we had to delay the repair work for a week because of the poor communication with Enterprise. However, I feel it was mostly Enterprise's issue and poor Customer Service on their part.

There was a gap on the side that they repaired where the fender meets the other part. I pointed it out and they corrected it within 30 minutes.

The communication from start to finish from ALL staff was amazing. I appreciated their support as I asked questions, since this was my friend time needing any repairs. They were fast, respectful, and honest. Also, I did not expect to pick up a fully cleaned car, it looked phenomenal and I was so happy!
