The repairs to the car were done well and we are happy with that. However, we did not find the customer service very helpful or respectful. Melissa seemed very annoyed that we called for updates. We were first told on Thursday that the car would be ready on Friday. Then Friday told it would not be ready till Monday due to a warning light. Then on Monday I was told the man who would check the warning light was not coming till Tuesday. I felt like I was getting the run around. And it did not help that when I called for updates Melissa was very annoyed with me calling. We have used your services over the past 6 years now and have been very happy. However, now we will shop around for another repair shop.

When I dropped my car off on Monday, I was told that an insurance adjuster would look at on Tuesday & give me a call. I did not hear anything until Thursday when I received a phone call saying my car would be ready the following Tuesday. I had no idea if my car had been looked at for 4 days until I received that call. More communication would be better so customers are not left waiting. I will say that after that Thursday call things did get better.

They had my car for 7 1/2 weeks and I got it back finally today and STILL have to return tomorrow because 2 small parts were lost and won't be in until tomorrow. Although the mgr finally started calling me personally to keep me updated and got me a rental car for the final week, there was one mishap after another and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! I had heard before from others that they were slow but I had NO idea it would take 7 1/2 weeks!!!!
