I'm giving a good review here for one reason... The second rep who looked at the car made the right call. The rest of the staff would have gotten a 4. Not pleasant, didn't take the time and poor communication before work started.

The check engine light was on when the vehicle was brought to the shop and they did not alert me. Also, I was told to have my car brought to a shop that could not handle all of the repairs that were needed
