A much better job could be done in estimating the time to complete the repairs. This repair was a slight denting of the rear right door and it did not cause or contribute to any additional work. Estimator estimated five days, actual was eight days. Poor human guesstimate of time.

Steve Wilson was WONDERFUL!!! The glass part of my visit was less than to be desired, but was finally fixed after two more visits to Gerber. It was very inconvenient considering those were things that should have been done when my car was there for a week. Very disappointing. Steve Wilson and the collision side of things was awesome !!!

The glass department did not include the tinted strip on the top of my windshield when they replaced it. Also, I have some rubber near the window that is not connected properly.
