The only reason this score is low is the separation facilities, meaning Firestone having to be use, instead this work being in house.

To whom it may concern, My 2013 Ford Edge was service with you guys. Due to being ran off the road, the driver front and the passenger rear tires were disbanded. The wheels and tires that did not get damaged from sliding, were the only ones that got 2 new wheels and 1 new tire. Immediately upon picking up the car it had a tire preasue alarm. At home I checked the pressure, the passenger rear was at 25psi, I put it back to 35psi that evening, not 12hrs later it was back to 25psi. It also shakes pretty bad when approaching interstate speed limit, 70mph. I have been working with Kyle, he has directed me to take to Firestone, the car will be dropped off to them in the morning for further diagnosis. I am requesting at the very least that, the driver front tire and the passenger rear tires be replaced, as these are the ones that got curled and pinched under the weight of a sliding CUV. It also had to be maneuvered by driving (turning around)to accommodate the tow truck on the side of the Polk PKWY. Thank you in advance for helping to resolve this.
