They were very patient in explaining the process of working with the insurance company with the repair to my vehicle. I live in Meridianville, Alabama; I explained to one of the supervisors my dilemma of picking up my vehicle after the repair job of getting off before the office closed, and he had considered to wait for me after the office had closed, but it would have taken too long for me to get to him. Gerber Collision did an exceptional job with the repair of my vehicle and showed such courtesy. I would give Gerber Collision a 10 rating with 10 being the best.
