I'm genuinely impressed by the work Gerber did. There was a slight issue at pickup with a spot under the hood that didn't get fully painted, and I'm trying to figure out how to confirm our headlights are aligned without having to pay the dealer to check them.

We're very pleased with the customer service. Larry was fantastic and everyone we spoke with was very polite and courteous. The only real issue is the wildly off base time estimate via text (which we were told was automated and would likely be inaccurate) and then, the week of pick up, we were kind of left hanging with one call saying it would be ready the next day, and then a second call - two days later - saying it would be ready later that afternoon. I ended up calling the next day after that (Friday) and getting confirmation our vehicle was in final clean up and would be ready in about an hour or so. We didn't get a call later to confirm so we just showed up, and our vehicle was indeed ready (save the hood paint issue) and parked out front.

Estimation said that the repair will be completed in June, but it actually completed in April. It would be better for us if the date on the estimation is updated in order to make a correct arrangement to the replacement car.
