Nate went above and beyond to help us get a rim on one of our tires repaired. My wife had a tire accident on the way to work and hobbled her vehicle into the parking lot next to Gerber so we could install the spare. Nate came out and helped us, without us asking, and without trying to push anything on us at all, he helped us get a replacement rim ordered and installed.

I am very satisfied with the quality of work and staff at Gerber Collision. They made the whole process easy. I was recommended by Alexis Jones for their quality of work. She had work done there previously on her vehicle. Whether I dealt with them directly or someone else was handling the job, everyone jumped in to help and get my questions answered. I want to specifically shot out to Bri, the admin up front, Devon, Brett and Mr. Larry for their exceptional work. They treated me like family. I even had a small correction done after I picked up the vehicle and it was completed swiftly and correctly. I wad very surprised. I would hands down recommend their service every time. I want to thank everyone at Gerber and their vendors for being so fast.
