My car still has a scratch at the bottom. I called and let them know after I left the carwash I noticed that scratch was there. I thought that was dirt when I first hit my car back but no it was a scratch. They told me to bring my car back on tomorrow.Not only that now my concern is how long is this going to take? I already took a week off from work . So my thing is am I going to be given a rental or compensated since yall have to fix this? I can't miss work or my other obligations outside of work. I don't appreciate this at all. I had no problem when this company was Joe Hudson's Collison. The fact I have to bring my car back shows laziness on the company because I don't understand how they missed that scratch. I thought my windshield would've been fixed to but that was prior to the accident but still when my last car was worked on back when the company was Joe Hudson's they had my car looking new and good. I'm totally disappointed and upset. Yall let me down because God knows how long I'm going to have to wait for this to get fixed and I need a car.
