I have a 2017 Audi A6 that I just purchase from Audi. 3 days later some one backed into the front of my car. I call the Audi dealership and they would not or could not tell me how long the car would be in the shop. I contacted Matt Porter with Gerber Collision and Glass. They set an appointment for me to drop off the car. They ordered the parts based on the insurance adjuster's recommendations. The day I dropped off the car, Enterprise rental car was there to set me up with the rental car. I got updates 2 or 3 times per day. I was shocked when they notified me that the car was completed in 3 day! The car looked as if it never had been in a wreck. I strongly recommend Gerber and Matt Porter.

There was absolutely no customer service provided to me, I was told several different dates as to when my car would be ready. However, the body shop did a fabulous job with the repairs and blending the paint.
