The customer service definitely needs improvement! I was lectured when dropping my car off about not getting it fixed immediately. The repairs were beyond my control because of the insurance company and I had to have a car to drive. When my car was ready, I was given a 30 minute window on a Friday afternoon in which to pick up my car and deal with the rental car. When I questioned this, the manager on duty proceeded to yell at me over the phone (yes, yell!). The staff definitely needs to be coached in customer service and speaking with customers.

The young lady in the office staff was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The gentleman who worked with me kept me well informed and up-to-date with the progress on the car. Workmanship was wonderful and my car looks brand new. I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful service.
