My car was done late on a Friday and they called about 45 minutes or so before they closed. I could not make it. I called back and the owner answered the phone explained that I couldn’t make it and now I have to wait until the holidays over with so that would be Tuesday. He said I’ll meet you here tomorrow. Would that work for you? Hehe was friendly, kind, compassionate understanding and willing to come in on a day off so that I could get my car. That’s the kind of customer service that I’m used to and it’s very hard to find so I have to thank him for going the extra mile to allow me to get my car.
