The first time we went to pick up our vehicle the front bumper was not centered on the car. The back bumper was put on a newly painted back end and scratches were made. They needed to keep the vehicle for 3 more days to repaint and fix the mistakes made. We still do not have the tire cover that was to be replaced. The inside of vehicle was filthy the first time we went to pick it up. They did clean it before we came to finally pick it up.

Paint job on mirror back on drivers side is poor work. Your rep when I picked up my car and found a chip that wasn’t there and paint dripped in trim work tried to tell me that is was like that when I brought it in. Would love to know why my car was driven 31 miles when one round trip and one one way trip to bring me my car is 12 miles. It must have been driven hard because it burned a fair amount of gas. I did not authorize my car to be used to run errands.

Poor quality paint job on drivers side mirror. A chip happened at some point on roof rail and paint was dripped on plastic trim between windows. Rep tried to tell me it was there when the can came in and oh that’s tree sap. Guess he took me for an idiot
