I've lived in the community for 30 years and have known the current business as Craftmasters. If the staff had not remained the same, I would have used another local business. I'm not comfortable with a chain. However, as I said, as long as the local office retains the autonomy to conduct business to the same degree of excellence as they have in the past, then I will continue to use and recommend them.
