They did a great job with my truck it looks better than it did before you can't even tell its been in an accident. Service was great, every one was very approachable and they really welcome you to their family. They are very professional and patient they explained the process to full detail before and after they completed the work, which was great. Congratulations you have great employees especially Alejandra who was always very friendly, she provides great customer service. she goes out of her way to provide customer satisfaction, she is willing to work with you whether it is to make sure that you can take your car in for service as soon as possible or work after scheduled hours if you need help with anything. My experience at Gerber collision & glass was great thank you for all your hard work.

Gerber staff dropped me off at Enterprise Rental Car to retrieve a rental I had concerns about how I would get to the rental being an hour away from home but the Gerber Rep. relieved that anxiety by taking me. Wonderful and friendly customer service.
