I was told after I got my car back that there was a dent and that the scratch ran onto the other door panel. I don’t believe that there was which makes me feel like things might not be in the up and up. I hope I’m wrong because otherwise the service was amazing and fast.

I had several issues with my car including dents, cracked paint, and some misaligned parts, so I was a little nervous about how everything would turn out. The team at Gerber Collision & Glass was extremely kind, professional, and worked quickly to get my car repaired. When I picked it up, I was honestly so happy because you couldn’t even tell there had ever been any damage! Everything looked perfectly aligned and the paint matched great. I really appreciated how smooth and positive the whole experience was, and I’m very satisfied with the work they did.

The repair was very good. But, the name plate at the back of the car was not fully attached back on, it’s lifting. It took one whole month to complete, not sure if that’s a good thing or bad. I like it that they are taking their time in making sure my damage was fixed. But, for some reason, it caused me to be late in returning my rental by one day and I had to pay the darn late fee!
