The team was very professional and friendly! They went above and beyond to make sure I drove off their lot safely and satisfied. I really appreciate the attention to detail and extensive knowledge of car repair/machinery that each person at this establishment has. They have tons of experience here, and insight that I have not seen anywhere else in Merced. The staff are professional when it comes to the cars but extremely compassionate, supportive, and honest when it comes to their customers! I have never received better service from any mechanic anywhere than I have at Gerber Collision. They went above and beyond! They really made me happy throughout the whole process! The service they provided was worth far more than what I paid for my vehicle, they genuinely care, and they explain things in terms customers can understand!
