We picked up car and on the way home five foot molding strips from both right and left side blew off. Appears that when finishing car, it was rushed, and details were over looked. What other problems might occur? Now we have to bring the car back, this is big inconvienance, because now we must find someone to go with use and drive us back. At least the shop should offer to give me a ride back home once I drop car off? Last, it is quite ironic that I was rushed to pick up car under the threat of being charged storage fee, but the car was not even properly complete! I hope I will be compensated for this major inconvenience

I've never experienced that kind of care and support from a business. I literally cried at how they came together. I got to spend time with my mom before fire season and she's not doing well. You can't put a price on that.

Thanks for your question? I had responded last week. The painter did not blend the paint to the back door. Also need bumper fixed. I think I sent my response last Thursday. I am very happy with the staff. Very professional. Just want the back door blended with the front panel. I will stop by this week Thanks Bob
