The tail gate has a chip already and the whole tail gate is loose and rattles. What was supposed to be 1-2 weeks ended up being a month. They would text on Wed saying it is scheduled to be done on Monday then thr next day it would change for an additional week out. Inconsistent and work not done yet in my opinion. NOT to pre accident condition
