The repair ended up taking much longer than first estimated. I ended up not renting a car because we were told the repair would only take 4 days. Overall the repairs took 3 weeks! This extended timeframe put us in a very impractical situation. And then when I went to go pick up my car on my work break, the check out processes took forever. Finally during my pickup inspection the trunk handle cover fell off and there were items that don't belong to me still inside the vehicle.

Gerber collision not only met the expectations they far exceeded them as well. I am beyond thrilled that my car looks brand new, just how I drove it off the lot. Not only did my car look spectacular, they also finished a week earlier than scheduled (which is RARE for mechanics). If you ever need a trusted place to rebuild your car, these guys are the go to!

The car looks great, but the service was even better than the repair. Because we had planned a trip and did not have time to pick up the car the day the work was completed, a Gerber employee delivered our car and returned our rental. That was so above and beyond and so appreciated!
