The timeline for the repairs were completed as planned. I received friendly and helpful communication throughout the process, including customer service. The repairs and work done looked great. The only issue was that is that the Hybrid emblem was left on the passenger floorboard. The weather stripping on the window was not properly installed. You can hear the wind coming from outside. A call and arrangements were made to fix this small issue.

My window is the only unresolved issue at this time. I took my car back to the shop once for the window, but it wasn’t resolved. I still have air coming from outside.

I was greeted with friendly customer service and my car was repaired within the anticipated completion date. The car was also washed, which was unexpected but very satisfactory. My only concern is that the car was taken back to the shop due to outside air pressure coming in. The issue has not been resolved.

The staff at Gerber did an amazing job and were very helpful. I was not having the greatest time after being rear ended and AAA customer service was subpar but Kiefer , Veronica and Edgar were extremely professional and helpful. I’ll make sure to refer friends and family to Gerber. A1 customer service from Gerber.

There’s still an oil leak that I pointed out before the work started. Still broken parts on the vehicle. Unpainted tow hook. Broken glass laying around. Misaligned fender and hood. Overspray on an a-pillar.
