Thrilled with the service we received from Kifer and others. We're updated at least once a a day and was actually completed a day early. Extremely pleased with repairs and the "small" extras like buffing out a scratch (not part of claim), ordering a second rear bumper because first one was not up to their standards, and a wash&vacuum before pick up.
