I was very pleased with the experience at Gerber Collision. They were very understanding about the plans I had already established and worked around them. They were professional and one of the employee there did extra work and sometimes it is the little things that stand out. Very pleased with everyone there.

The people were very professional and extremely accommodating to my situation. They were able to stay late to finish my car so that I would be able to have it back for the weekend. My car was fixed and back to me in just a couple of days. Everyone I dealt with was so nice. I'm very satisfied with Gerber and would choose there again if I was in need of a collision repair shop again.

No problem other then there phone service sending me updates, only to change them. In other words, I got a message it would be done at thus date, so I would cancel appointments or not go to events because of a message saying it would be done at such date. Otherwise, everything else was good, no problem with any of the work.
