Andy was awesome and very informative on possibly picking up date as well as damages found and when replacement parts would arrive. With our numerous phone calls he was very patient with us and made sure to answer all questions!

They had my car for a total of 7 weeks, 3 of which they paid for my rental car because it wasn’t done yet. All things considered I was relatively pleased. More updates would have been nicer without having to initiate the phone call. Honestly even a text update would have been nice. My car is beautiful again though and I would definitely use them again.
