Kendall was outstanding, as was the other woman in the office (I forgot her name). I loved how she listened to me on what I needed done and quickly gave me a quote at a competitive price. I also loved the text updates throughout the process of the repair. I picked up the car and almost cried at how good it looked. This entire team needs to be congratulated on their professionalism, efficiency, and expertise. I want to thank the techs who worked on my car. You all did a beautiful job and I am very, very happy. Everything, from the initial estimate to the completion of the project went perfectly. Kendall was outstanding (the estimator), and so was the other young lady in the office ( I didn't get her name). I loved getting the automated text updates each day, letting me know the status of the job. The price was competitive, and Kendall listened to what I was looking for in the job and the tech did a gorgeous job on the door, matching the color exactly, and it looks like it never had any issues. Thank you for an outstanding experinece!
