I thought it would be longer so I was very excited that it didn’t take long! I think the body shop or whoever worked on my car did an amazing job!!! The paint match was on point!!! From the front of the office to the back of the shop everyone has been amazing!!! 10/10 Thank you!

Crack in “LKQ” replaced taillight, scuff on rear left quarter panel either from incident or from the shop, unaddressed fuel system issue, terrible bumper cover fitment. Delays in process as well. Was in shop for a month. Will have to go back into the shop, whole time I’m dealing with someone else’s crappy insurance to get my car back in the right shape after they rear ended me at fault. I just want me car nice and the worksmanship is bad.

They were very nice over the phone and very keen on keeping me updated on the progress of work and even finished a week early, but after getting home and taking a look at the truck I noticed several displeasing things. I will say overall the paint job was good but because of the work they had to do they had to remove my windshield and because of that they left adhesive from the suction cups all over my windshield and random oil spots. They also left sticky stuff and debris all over my windshield and dashboard which was not there before , and I also noticed some small scratches on my dash, which I will say I understand but there wasn’t even an effort to try and repair it there was also quite a bit of dirt on my floor boards, and muddy shoe prints on my seats and dash. While they may have done a good job with the paint I was very disappointed with the lack of respect they had for the interior of my vehicle. Overall I will not be coming back to this specific location for Gerber Collision and Glass.
